Easy Chocolate Pie + Day 27 of Thanks

Easy Chocolate Pie

1 9inch pie crust - store bought or homeade

3 ounces of milk chocolate chips

5 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cup heavy cream

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Poke holes into the bottom of the pie crust and bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove and let cool down. Place the milk chocolate chips and the semi sweet chocolate chips into a medium size bowl. Set aside. Put the heavy cream into a sauce pan and bring to a small boil. Remove and pour over the chocolate. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Then stir until completely smooth and glossy. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie crust. Refrigerate for at least an hour or until completely set. Enjoy!

Today I am thankful for all of the basic things we take for granted daily that so many people do not have.
