Thanks so much Betsy! One of the best tips I can offer is only buy and decorate with what you love! If you don't love it then don't decorate with it. I have terrible ocd, so I am a clean fanatic. Also, I am figuring out a neutral pallet works best. Our walls in our living room were once a dark bluish gray and very difficult to find accessories for. We repainted with a neutral and replaced all our furniture. I just bring in color with my accessories. Also, I mix different textures and woods. Just play around and find what works for you and your house. Most of all have fun!
