Yesterday I sold my very first cheesecake! Tonight the customer told me everyone at her party really enjoyed it. She said it was eaten by a gentleman who didnt even like cheesecake. I am beyond excited and happy. I will continue to bake, cook, and work hard. I truly believe this is what I am meant to do. Goodnight everyone and have a great week!
