Chocolate Peanut Marshmallow Clusters

This recipe is fast, easy, and absolutely delicious. I made these with my daughter this evening and we are all so glad I did. The recipe is posted below.

Chocolate Marshmallow Peanut Clusters

1 bag of milk chocolate chips (may add more depending on how much you would like)

2 cups of miniature marshmallows

1 1/2 cups of peanuts

Place chocolate chips in a medium saucepan and melt over low heat. Coarsely chop peanuts and set aside. Place the marshmallows and peanuts in a large bowl. After chocolate chips are melted, pour it over the peanut and marshmallow mixture. Stir until the mixture is completely coated with chocolate. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour. Enjoy.
