Creamy Pumpkin Tart

Today I found a new dessert recipe for our Thanksgiving dinner. I made a creamy pumpkin tart. The recipe is from my favorite blogger, Jenny Steffens.  I follow her blog religiously, she is amazing. Her recipe puts a modern spin on classic pumpkin pie. At the end of Sunday dinner, I only had two pieces left. I like this version of pumpkin pie better because it is so much more rich and creamy than regular pumpkin pie. The tart is a little more sophicated and artistic, especially when adding the leaf cutouts over the top. If you love pumpkin, you will love this tart. I used a round tart pan instead of a square metal one. I also sprinkled a little cinnamon over the leaves. I think this might just be my new favorite fall dessert.
