October at Sara's house means: birthday celebrations for our children, open windows with fresh fall air blowing in, trick or treating, trips to the pumpkin patches, baking (lots of baking), comfort food, Sunday family dinners, kids playing in the leaves, Heritage days in our hometown, Halloween parties, lazy Sundays spent in our pajamas making breakfast, and lots of family time.
